Adding an invoice that is already visible in the SumUp account

If a payment appears in your SumUp account for technical reasons but is not visible in the ready2order system and has therefore not been billed correctly, you can easily add it later.

There are two ways to add the missing bookings for the day:

  1. At the POS: Select product and pay via card.
Important: Please select the card payment option to credit the existing amount to your SumUp account.

  1. In the Admin Interface under (my.ready2order.com) Office / Management (blue +).
Here too, select the card payment option to credit the existing amount to your SumUp account.
