How can I restrict users to areas, payment methods or product groups?

You can impose the following restrictions on your employees:

  • Restriction by payment method,
  • Restriction by range (areas) or
  • Restriction by product groups.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the button called Users.
  2. Click on the blue actions field next to the respective user.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Click on Restrictions.
  5. Enter the restrictions you want to impose on the employee.
  6. Click Save.
  7. You can see the restrictions in the overview under Restrictions.
Restrictions mean that certain user, for example, only see a certain area in the cash register interface and are only allowed to settle payments using one payment method.

Example: User Peter is only allowed to pay by card in the garden area.
