How do I reset the TM-T20III?

  1. To do this, first turn off the printer
  2. Turn on the printer and then hold down the Feed button until a receipt appears
  3. Press the Feed button for longer than a second – you are now in the Mode Selection
  4. To get into the Interface Setup, you have to press the feed button 5 times and then hold the button down again, then you are in the Interface Setup
  5. To reset the LAN settings: Press once + hold. This will take you to the LAN setup!
  6. Now select the item Initialize – press once + hold down
  7. The printer is now reset and can be connected to other Bluetooth devices
