How can I cancel an ongoing transaction on SumUp Solo?
You can easily cancel an ongoing transaction with your SumUp Solo.
To do this, go to the trash can icon in the top right corner of your SumUp Solo.
The following message will now appear on your SumUp Solo: Are you sure you want to cancel the current payment?
If you really want to cancel the payment, select Cancel. If you want to proceed with the payment anyway, press X.
If you have cancelled the payment, you will now see the following message in your checkout:
Select Dismiss to return to the product view. Your customer's card was not charged.
