My USB printer is not connected, why is that?
First, you need to check whether you are connected to the desired printer via USB. If everything is connected correctly, you can proceed as follows:
- Click on Settings (gear) to go to the Printers
- Here you can add the printer to a new print profile or insert it into an existing profile
If printing does not work, please note the following points:
Is the printer plugged in and turned on?
- Without being turned on, the ready2order software cannot connect to the printer.
Have you installed the correct printer driver for your system?
