The readyMini
The readyMini is our smallest cash register with the full functionality of a card payment terminal.
You can use the readyMini in two ways:
- as a fully functional (mobile) cash register with readyPay card payment function
- as readyPay terminal
Use as a cash register with readyPay card payment function
If you want to use the cash register system on the readyMini, select the Login button after booting up your device. There you can enter your login details and use the readyMini with the cash register system. You can accept card payments via our payment function readyPay using NFC, inserting and swiping cards. You can also connect the readyMini to a printer to print out invoices or order receipts. The integrated SIM card also allows you to use the readyMini on the move. Use as readyPay terminal
You can also connect your readyMini to your account and use it as a card payment terminal. This makes it possible to initiate a card payment from other devices (e.g. readyMax, tablet or PC), which is then carried out on the readyMini. To use the readyMini as a readyPay terminal, select the Accept payments button after booting up the readyMini. You can find the further steps for the connection here.
What are the requirements for using the card payment function on the readyMini?
The only requirement is that you are registered for readyPay. If you have not done so yet, activate the function in your Admin Interface under the readyPay tab. As soon as readyPay is activated for you (normally 5-7 working days after submitting the application), you can use the readyMini for card payments. You can find all information about readyPay here.
