My LAN/network printer is not connected, why is that?

First, you need to check if you are connected to the network and to the printer you want. If everything is connected correctly, you can proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the checkout interface to access the settings
  2. Under Printers, select either Add Printing Profile to add the printer to a new printing profile or add it to an existing profile
