Connect readyGo to printer via LAN

For our Swiss customers: The readyGo is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

To set up a printer in your network for the readyGo, you first need the following components:

readyGo device

Ethernet cable

Mac/Windows PC/Laptop

Modem/Router

Printers (here you can find the printers we support)

How to set up the printer in your network

The printer (e.g. the TM-m30) must first be stored in the network so that it can be found and addressed by readyGo. There are two ways you can set up the printer in the network:

Connect the printer to your readyGo

Make sure your readyGo is connected to the Wi-Fi router where you set up your printer.

To connect the printer to the readyGo, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the ready2order app on the readyGo and log in
  2. Click on the gear wheel to go to the Settings
  3. Go to Printers
  4. You now have the choice between the following options:
    1. Select Add new printing profile > Get Started and select the printer you added to the network. Follow the remaining steps
    2. Select an existing profile and tap Change associated printer. It will now search for printers. Select the printer you added to the network. Follow the remaining steps
