How can I delete my old FinanzOnline web service user and add a new one?

Log in to the Admin Interface:

  1. Click on Preferences
  2. Click on Signature requirement
  3. Click on 2. FinanzOnline Webservice User
  4. Click here to remove your old FinanzOnline web service user
  5. Now follow the instructions below by clicking on this link: ready2order
