The ready2order app is not working. What can I do?

If you have problems logging into the ready2order app, your cash register freezes or other problems occur, we will show you how to solve the problem yourself step by step.

This article does not refer to server or internet outages! In case of an outage, just send us an email to support@ready2order.com

  1. Turn the device on and off. If the problem still persists, follow steps 2 & 3
  2. Check if the app and your device are up to date --> perform updates if necessary!

  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

If you still have problems running the app, you can log into the browser version of our app and continue working.

Attention, receipts cannot be printed in the browser version!
