The legal form of my company will change. Can I keep my ready2order subscriptions?
We at ready2order understand that as companies grow, their legal form sometimes has to grow with them. Many successful sole proprietors decide at some point to run their business as a GmbH/Ltd. or another suitable form in the future.
In such cases, it is often possible to transfer the ready2order subscriptions to the new legal form and continue them. This applies at least if the previous company owner (e.g. the sole proprietor) is still authorized to sign for the company (e.g. the GmbH/Ltd.) after the change in legal form.
If this is not the case, it is a case of handing over your company to another person, where the ready2order subscriptions usually cannot simply be handed over for legal reasons.
