How can I change/provide my company details?
To change your company information, proceed as follows:
- Log in to the Admin Interface
- Click on Preferences
- Click on the Company Data tab
Now you will see two tabs, one with your Company Profile and one for your Business Premises, which corresponds to your readyAccount - The Company Profile contains the official data of your company and this is also used to create invoices from ready2order
You can change the following data by yourself:
- Industry category and industry
- Address of the company headquarters
- Email and telephone number of the authorized signatory/owner
- Tax number and UID number or VAT ID number.
Info for our customers from Austria: Please note that if the tax number and/or the UID number changes, the signature requirement must be reset and registered again.
The process:
Step 1: ready2order completely resets your signature requirement with the old company data. Please note that you will not be able to create or sign any documents during the time the signature requirement is reset until the signature requirement is activated.
Step 2: ready2order stores your new company data and saves it in the system. We will then send you an offer for a new certificate.
Step 3: You must confirm the offer directly in the offer email so that the certificate can be activated and stored.
Step 4: You must fulfill the signature requirement again. To do this, you will need your new FinanzOnline login details. This article may be helpful for this.

- All other data is sensitive as it contains basic information about the contractual partner and can therefore only be changed via a change request:
- Country of company headquarters
- Legal form
- Official company name (company name according to commercial register)
- Commercial register number/company register number
- Under Business Premises (readyAccount) you will find all information relating to the location where the cash register is actually located. This may differ from the location of the official company headquarters. In addition, some of this data will be printed on your receipts. You can adjust the invoice text under Basic settings/Invoices.
- You can now change your address and contact details by yourself
- All other data, such as the mode (gastronomy or retail) including the country of the business premises and the currency, are basic system settings and can therefore only be changed by contacting us via service@ready2order.com Then send us the completed form to service@ready2order.com
For customers in Austria: Check the data before saving it. Any errors will lead to complications later when logging into FinanzOnline.

How can I adjust my company's address and contact details for my receipts?
