The export for coupons

It is possible to download and print an export of all outstanding coupons. The outstanding coupon amounts are included in the export. This is particularly helpful if you need an export of the outstanding coupon amounts for your tax advisor.

We'll show you how to export!

  1. Log in to the Admin Interface
  2. Go to Preferences
  3. Scroll down to Data Export

At the very bottom you will find the item Coupons. Select the date and then click on the green cloud to download the Excel file.

What does the coupon export contain?

  • Status
    Redeemed/Partially redeemed/Not yet redeemed
  • Name
  • Code
  • Issue value
  • Remaining amount
  • Redeemed at
  • Last redempt
  • VAT rate
    The multi-purpose voucher has a tax rate of 0%
  • Issued at
  • Date of Expiry
  • Created by Invoice number XX
  • Redeemed by invoice number XX
