Connect cash drawer

The first step is to make sure that the cash drawer and the printer are connected or networked!

Use the field for the plug that has a cash drawer sketched next to it.

If you unplug the cash drawer from the printer, it will no longer work!

Why won't my cash drawer open?

There are two possibilities why your drawer won't open:

1. The cash drawer is not connected to the printer
2. The cash drawer was previously locked manually and can no longer be opened automatically. In this case, you must unlock the cash drawer manually again!
