How do I connect the readyMax device to the cash drawer?

The readyMax is formerly known as the readyT2!
For our Swiss customers: The readyMax is not currently available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

To use your readyMax with a cash drawer, you need to plug the cash drawer into the RJ45 connector at the back. This is also labeled so that you can find it more easily.

If the cash drawer does not open, check the following:

  1. Is opening the cash drawer included in the respective payment method?
  2. Is the cable plugged into the correct port?
    1. The cash drawer must be plugged into the RJ45 port, the symbol is displayed directly on the port
  3. Is the cash drawer locked?

Make sure the cash drawer is unlocked when using it.
