My readyGo doesn't print, what can I do?
The readyGo is the successor to the readyP2!
For our Swiss customers: The readyGo is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.
First, check whether the receipt roll is inserted correctly. Here's how:
There are several reasons why the readyGo is not printing. You can solve the problem by taking the following steps:
- Check that the receipt roll is inserted correctly
- Log out and log in again
- Restart the device
- Reset your print assignments under the printer settings (cancel queued jobs)
- Check that your printer is defined as a billing printer
- Update your software
- Check that the printer serial number in the settings matches the serial number on the back of the device
If the printer still does not work, it may be that the internal printer is no longer recognized by the device. In this case, you can proceed as follows:
- Go to the home screen
- Go to settings (gear wheel)
- Go to Printers
- Select the printing profile and click Change associated printer
- Select the printer which should habe been found now
Your printer should now work!
