Payments with SumUp Air do not work

If your ready2order app is not up to date, compatibility problems can often arise. To ensure that you can work smoothly with your cash register, it is therefore important that your app is always up to date.

You can find the latest version of the app either in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

In some cases, the ready2order app goes into the background during the payment process. This can happen that the operating system temporarily closes the app to create more memory. This process causes the reported error because the app is restarted during the payment process.

When this error occurs, the amount is charged but the booking does not appear in the system.
We recommend paying for products that are still in view (because no invoice has been created) using the “card payment” payment method.

To do this, the payment method must first be created and activated in the administration interface. To avoid losing large amounts, we strongly advise against repeating the booking immediately with SumUp.
