Enable/disable printing of the readyPay merchant receipt

For our Swiss customers: readyPay is not yet available in your country. Click here to receive further information about an alternative card payment option.

You have the option to activate or deactivate the printing of the merchant receipt for readyPay payments.

To do this, go to your Admin Interface and follow these steps:

  1. Click on Preferences
  2. On the left side, select Basic settings
  3. Click on the Invoices tab
  4. Enable or disable the slider for Print merchant receipt

Printing the merchant receipt for SumUp payments cannot be deactivated.
