What should I do if the readyMax/readyGo cannot establish an Internet connection?

The readyGo is the successor to the readyP2!
For our Swiss customers: The readyMax/readyGo is not currently available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

If your readyMax/readyGo does not have an internet connection, you can take the following measures:

  1. Restart device
  2. Turn airplane mode on and off
    On the readyGo:
    Swipe down twice from the top of your display. Activate flight mode. Flight mode is on when the airplane symbol is orange.
    On the readyMax (T2S - the newer version of the readyMax)
    Swipe up from the bottom of you display and click on the three dots on the left side. Under Network & Internet enable Aeroplane mode.
    On the readyMax (T2 - the older version of the readyMax)
    Swipe down twice from the top of your display. Enable the Aeroplane mode.
  3. Turn flight mode off again
  4. Log in again with your user data
  5. Re-enable WiFi/Mobile Data
    If your connection is poor, the process may take a moment.
