How do I change the network on my readyMax/readyGo?

The readyMax is the successor to the readyT2 and the readyGo is formerly known as the readyP2!
For our Swiss customers: The readyMax is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

If you have problems with your Internet connection on your readyMax or readyGo, we will show you here how you can change the network in just a few steps thanks to the SIM card already implemented.

Before you follow these steps, turn off the WiFi!
If you are not connected to LAN or WiFi, the Internet connection automatically switches to the SIM card

readyMax

  1. On your device, go to Settings (gear)
  2. Tap Device
  3. Tap Android Settings / General
  4. In the Network & Internet tab go to Mobile network
  5. Select Advanced
  6. Under Network deactivate Automatically select network
  7. The device is now searching for mobile networks. This could take some minutes.
  8. Select one of the available networks
  9. Go back to the POS

readyGo

  1. On your device, go to settings
  2. Tap Device
  3. Tap Android Settings / General
  4. Tap More
  5. Tap Mobile networks
  6. Tap Network operator
  7. Search Networks and choose the best mobile operator available
  8. Go back to the POS
