How do I use the barcode scanner on my readyMini?
The barcode scanner on your readyMini is activated by default on the right and left function keys.
If the scanner is not assigned to these function keys, proceed as follows: Swipe the display of your readyMini Pay twice from top to bottom, select Settings (gear), scroll down and select Custom Key. Then select Key 1 left or Key 1 right to assign the scan function to the respective key.
Please be careful not to look into the light of the scanner.
You can use the scanner to create products and then scan them or scan a coupon code.
The scanner on the device only works if you use your readyMini with the ready2order POS. It has no function if you use the readyMini as a readyPay terminal.
