How can I update my readyMini?
For our Swiss customers: The readyMini Pay is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.
When an update is available on your device, you will usually receive a push notification.
But you can also check for updates yourself. Here we explain how you can do that:
Update of ready2order app and hobex PaymentService app (NaTALI)
- Swipe the device twice from top to bottom
- Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top right corner
- Select Apps & notifications
- Tap See all XX apps
- Tap App Store
- Tap Open
- You will now see the ready2order app and the hobex PaymentService app (NaTALI) . If Open is next to the respective app, then this app is up to date. If Update is next to the respective app, then you can tap on it to update it
- Then restart the device if necessary
Update device software
- On your switched on readyMini Pay, swipe twice from top to bottom
- Tap the settings icon (gear)
- Scroll all the way down and select About tablet
- Under Software Information, select the System Updates button
- It will check whether an update is available. If Current version is already the latest is displayed, the device software is up to date. However, if an update is displayed, install it
