I use the readyMini as a cash register – how can I use it as a readyPay terminal?

If you use your readyMini as a POS system with card payment function, you can also pair it as a readyPay terminal at any time and start the card payment from other devices on your readyMini. However, using the readyMini as a cash register is not possible in this mode.

You can always switch back and forth between the two modes: readyPay terminal and POS system plus card payment. This means you can use the device flexibly according to your current needs.

We'll show you how to pair the readyMini as readyPay terminal if you're currently using it as a cash register:

Log out of the POS

First, log out of your POS using the logout button.

In the login window, click on the arrow back.

This is how you connect your readyMini as a readyPay terminal with your cash register system

  1. Log in to the device on which you use your POS system.
  2. Tap settings (gear) | Select payment methods | Select readyPay .
  3. Now tap Terminal.
  4. Now select Pair new terminal.
  5. Now switch on your readyMini/readyGo.
  6. On your readyMini/readyGo, select the Accept Payments button | Select Pair Now | A pairing code will appear

  1. Enter this pairing code in the window opened in step 4 in your cash register system (1). Then select Pair if the pairing does not take place immediately (2).

  1. Your readyMini/readyGo is now linked to your account. On your readyMini/readyGo, tap Start Terminal Mode, read the text and select Got it.

  1. On your readyMini/readyGo you will now see that you are in active terminal mode and can accept payments.

You will now see the paired device on the device on which you use your POS system.
