Hardware orders at ready2order

On the ready2order website you can put together your own POS system and select hardware that is perfectly compatible with your new software.

Ordering and delivery

If you order hardware from us, it will only be shipped after our logistics and sales partner has received payment. You will also only receive an invoice after we have received payment from you.

  • The average shipping time within Austria is 2-3 working days.
  • The average shipping time to Germany is 3-4 working days.

I ordered the wrong product – what now?

If you discover upon delivery that you have purchased the wrong item, we offer you a limited right of return . In principle, there is no right of cancellation in B2B.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer you a return if the following points are met:

  1. If the goods are in their original packaging and sealed. We also require photo evidence
  2. If the sales value is over 100€
If we find that the goods are not in their original packaging and sealed, we are not allowed to take the hardware back!

To receive a refund for a product, you must submit a support ticket that includes the following information:

  1. The order reference number
  2. Photos of the item in the original packaging

If the refund is approved, these are the next steps:

  1. We will tell you the return address to which you must send the device(s)
  2. You must update your ticket with a copy of the shipment status number or tracking number
  3. We will process the refund once the hardware arrives
  4. You will receive the refund within 2-4 business days
