On the ready2order website you can configure your POS system yourself and select hardware that is perfectly compatible with your new software.
Ordering and delivery
When you order hardware from us, it will only be shipped by our logistics and distribution partner after payment has been received. Similarly, you will only receive an invoice after we have received your payment.
- The average shipping time within Austria is 2-3 working days.
- The average shipping time to Germany is 2-3 working days.
- The average shipping time to Switzerland is 3-4 working days.
I ordered the wrong product – what now?
If you discover upon delivery that you have purchased the wrong item, we offer a limited return policy . Generally, there is no right of withdrawal in B2B transactions.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer you a return if the following conditions are met:
- If the goods are in their original packaging and sealed . We also require photographic proof of this.
- If the sales value is over €100 .
To receive a refund for a product, you must submit a support ticket containing the following information:
- The order reference number
- Photos of the item in its original packaging
If the refund has been approved, these are the next steps:
- We will send you a return label and related return information. Please use only the return label we send you for the return shipment.
- We will process the refund as soon as the hardware arrives.
- You will receive the refund within a few working days.
