I have problems with the SumUp Air, what should I do?
Most problems with the SumUp Air can be solved by updating the software.
The SumUp app is only available for Android and iOS. It is therefore not compatible with Windows and MacOS and therefore cannot be used. Always make sure that the latest version of the app is installed on your device!

On your iOS device, the app can be updated via iTunes /App Store.
