How do I change the receipt roll on my readyMax 2?
To insert a receipt roll into your readyMax 2, follow the steps described here. Please ensure that the paper you are inserting meets the following specifications: 80 mm thermal paper (79 ± 0.5 mm × Ø 80 mm)
- Open the printer cover using the lever on the right side of the device.
- Now open the cover completely to insert a receipt roll.
- Now insert the receipt roll as shown in the following image. Make sure that part of the receipt roll is placed over the cover.
- Then close the cover. You have now successfully inserted a receipt roll.
