Which subscriptions do I need?
Our POS base subscription
The number of POS system basic subscriptions you need depends on the number of devices you want to use simultaneously. The basic subscription provides you with all the basic functions of our POS system.
Our gastro package
If you need a solution that also includes table service, wireless billing, and side dish management, you can also book the Gastro package. You only need this once per readyAccount , regardless of how many employees are working simultaneously.
Our cashbook
You can also use our cashbook , which is integrated into the POS system. Cash amounts are automatically transferred from the POS system, and you also have the option of creating exports for your tax advisor.
Cash register requirement/fiscalization in Austria and Germany
You receive an unlimited number of signatures. In Austria, you can purchase the certificate package, and in Germany, the TSE package. Prices for these packages and additional information can be found on our website.
In Germany, you are required to purchase the TSE package if you use our cash register. In Austria, the mandatory use depends on whether you are subject to the cash register requirement or not.
Faster, more economical, smarter: the digital receipt
Normally, your cash register prints a receipt after payment with the item, price, tax rate, and all other information required by the tax office. If you use the digital receipt, your customers will see a QR code. Of course, you can still reprint a "regular" receipt with all the information as usual.

With the automatic annual receipt check, your annual RKSV receipt is automatically sent to FinanzOnline.
