How can I reconfigure the internal printer on the readyTab if it can't be found?

It may happen that the internal printer is no longer found by the device. In this case, proceed as follows:

At first, reboot the device. To do this, hold down the power button on your readyTab and then select Reboot.

Then log in again with your access data in the ready2order app and proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Settings (gear).
  2. Select Printers.
  3. Go to your Printing profile.
  4. Select Change associated printer.
  5. Your printer should now be found again.
