How can I set up the internal printer on the readyTab again if it is no longer recognized?

It may happen that the internal printer of your readyTab is no longer recognized after an error or system crash. With a quick restart and a few steps in the printer settings, you can resolve the issue quickly.

  1. Press and hold the Power button on your readyTab and select Restart.
  2. Log in to the POS interface.
  3. Click the white gear icon in the bottom-left corner to open the Settings. On smaller devices, the gear icon is located in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Click Printers in the left sidebar.
  5. Under Existing Profiles, click the desired Printer Profile in the main area.
  6. Click Change Associated Printer in the main area.

Your printer will now be detected again and is ready to use.
