2. No entry of sensitive data
readybot is intended only for finding help articles and not for entering personal data (e.g., name or email address). Users agree not to enter any personal data or other sensitive data (such as trade secrets or works).
3. Function and availability
readybot provides automated responses based on stored information. No guarantee is given as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the responses. Use is at your own risk.
4. Disclaimer
ready2order is not liable for damages resulting from the use of readybot, in particular for incorrect or incomplete responses. This does not apply to intentional or grossly negligent behavior, nor to legally mandatory liability.
5. Alternative contact option

6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

A violation of these terms and conditions entitles ready2order , in particular, to immediately block the use of the chatbot.
