Create new products, manage your incoming goods and easily edit your products – directly in your POS.

Here’s how to access this feature:

1. On your home screen, select the button called " Products "

   

2. In this option it is possible
   1. Create new products
   2. to change products
   3. To manage incoming goods

Create products

To create a new product, proceed as follows:

1. Click on create new product
2. Fill out the form on the left
3. Press Save

   

The following terms have the following meanings

1. Active: Product is ready for purchase
2. Sold out: Product is sold out
3. Favorite: Product is saved under favorites in the ordering interface
4. Custom price: Product should not have a predefined price
5. Delete product: you can use this option only if you edit an existing product

Edit product

You can also edit products in this way:

1. Select the product you want to edit
2. Edit the product in the left column
3. Click Save

The tax rate of some products has changed, how do I update the tax rate in the system?

To update the tax rate, you must first log into the Admin Interface

1. Click on Preferences (top right)
2. Click on Products
3. Select the respective product by clicking on the yellow pencil (edit) to the right of the product
4. Under VAT, click the drop-down menu and select the desired tax rate
5. Click Save
6. Follow these steps for all products where you want to change the tax rates

Delivery

The delivery tap is intended to receive a new delivery.

1. In the menu item Products, click on Delivery
2. Scan the barcodes of the goods
3. Save this
