Where can I find the serial number on my readyGo?
The serial number is located on the back of the packaging and on the bottom of the back of your device.
You can also find them in the app and in the device settings.
App
- Tap the gear icon (Settings)
- Select Device
- You can find the serial number under Device Information
Device settings
- Pull the status bar down once from the top (swipe your finger down at the top of the display)
- Go to settings (gear icon)
- Scroll all the way down
- Go to About phone
- You will find the serial number in the list
