The readyMax is connected to the WIFI router and is not working properly

Updated 2 months ago by

For our Swiss customers: The readyMax is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

Problems with the WIFI connection between your readyMax (formerly readyT2) and your router can have the following causes:

The encryption standard on your router is set to WPA3

The readyMax requires the WPA2 encryption standard to work over WIFI. You can find this encryption standard in the settings of your router. If you need help with this setting, please contact the manufacturer of your router or your Internet provider.

The frequency band of your router is not at 2.4 GHz

Often the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands are activated at the same time on WIFI routers, which is why the device switches back and forth between the two frequency bands. This should be turned off and the router should be set to 2.4 GHz. If you need help with this setting, please contact the manufacturer of your router or your Internet provider. You will find further information here.
