My readyMini does not have access to mobile data. What can I do?

For our Swiss customers: The readyMini is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.
  1. Swipe the screen twice from top to bottom
  2. Make sure the airplane icon (flight mode) is not active (it should be gray)
  3. If the airplane symbol is not active, tap the settings symbol (gear) in the top right corner
  4. Select Network & Internet
  5. Select Mobile network
  6. Make sure the Mobile Data and Roaming sliders are enabled
  7. If these two sliders are already enabled, scroll down and click Advanced
  8. Make sure the Automatically select network slider is enabled
