My readyMini does not have access to mobile data. What can I do?
For our Swiss customers: The readyMini is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.
- Swipe the screen twice from top to bottom
- Make sure the airplane icon (flight mode) is not active (it should be gray)
- If the airplane symbol is not active, tap the settings symbol (gear) in the top right corner
- Select Network & Internet
- Select Mobile network
- Make sure the Mobile Data and Roaming sliders are enabled
- If these two sliders are already enabled, scroll down and click Advanced
- Make sure the Automatically select network slider is enabled
