My readyMax device only prints white, what can I do?
The readyMax is the successor to the readyT2!
If your invoices are only printed in white, it may be because of the paper.
- Check if you have inserted the receipt roll correctly
- Try using different paper
The correct side of the thermal paper turns grey if you scratch it, for example.
