Troubleshooting the readyTab
Here you will find an overview of problems that can occur when using the readyTab and how you can solve them.
Problem | Solution |
Device does not start | - Charge the device for 3 minutes. - Check if the charging status is displayed on the screen. |
Software does not respond | - Press and hold the power button for 11 seconds to restart the device. |
Printer does not work | - Check that the printer cover is closed. - Check if there is a paper jam. |
Receipt printout is blank | - Check whether the receipt roll has been inserted in the correct unwinding direction. - Check that a high-quality receipt roll with a width of 80 mm is used as recommended by the manufacturer. |
Poor print quality | - Check the print head for contamination and clean it carefully with a cotton swab and alcohol if necessary. - Use high-quality receipt rolls with a width of 80 mm as recommended by the manufacturer. |
