How can I make a payment with my SumUp Air?
If you activate SumUp and have paired the terminal, the SumUp payment method is available under Options in the checkout interface.
If you register with SumUp and create an account, you can normally start making card payments immediately. However, you should verify your identity via your SumUp account as soon as possible, as there is a limit of EUR 5,000 for card payments until successful verification.
If someone wants to pay by card, you can select the payment method "SumUp" under "Options" in the POS.
A login window will now open; here you must enter your SumUp login details and press Login.
You only need to log in the first time you make a payment with SumUp; after that, the data will remain stored on the device. More information regarding the connection of the SumUp Air with the ready2order POS you will find here.
After you have entered your login details, the amount to be paid will appear in the POS and on the display of the SumUp terminal. You can now make the payment.
When the payment has been made, a window with Payment successful appears.
