Create types of cancellations
To cancel products faster in the POS, create cancellation types!
To do this, proceed as follows:
- In the Products tab, click on Types of cancellations.
- Click on the blue +.
- Enter a name and a description, activate the inventory if necessary.
If a customer wants to return a product at the POS because, for example, the goods are damaged, you can simply click on this cancellation reason.
