The readyMini is no longer responding, what can I do?

For our Swiss customers: The readyMini Pay is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

If your device stops responding, you can reboot.

  1. To do this, press and hold the power button on the right side of the device for about 2 to 3 seconds until the choice between Reboot and Power Off appears
  2. Select Reboot and the device will restart

If that doesn't work, do the following:

Press and hold the power button for 11 seconds. The device will then restart automatically.
