How can I reset the internal printer on the readyMax 2 if it is no longer recognized?
It may happen that the internal printer is no longer recognized by the device. In this case, follow these steps:
First, please reboot your device. To do this, hold down the power button on your readyMax 2 and then select Restart.
Then log in again with your login details in the ready2order app and proceed as follows:
- Go to Settings (gear).
- Select Printers.
- Go to your Print Profile.
- Select Change associated printer.
- Your printer should now be found again.
