How can I reset the internal printer on the readyMax 2 if it is no longer recognized?

It may happen that the internal printer is no longer recognized by the device. In this case, follow these steps:

First, please reboot your device. To do this, hold down the power button on your readyMax 2 and then select Restart.

Then log in again with your login details in the ready2order app and proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Settings (gear).
  2. Select Printers.
  3. Go to your Print Profile.
  4. Select Change associated printer.
  5. Your printer should now be found again.
