Connect readyMax to printer via LAN

For our Swiss customers: The readyMax is not yet available in your country. However, the device will be available shortly. We thank you for your patience.

To set up a printer in your network for the readyMax, you first need the following components:

readyMax device

Ethernet cable

Mac/Windows PC/Laptop

Modem/Router

Printers (here you can find the printers we support)

How to set up the printer in your network

The printer (e.g. the TM-m30) must first be stored in the network so that it can be found and addressed by the readyMax. There are two ways you can set up the printer in the network:

Connect the printer to your readyMax

Make sure your readyMax is connected to the wireless router where you set up your printer.

To connect the printer to the readyMax, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the ready2order app on the readyMax and log in
  2. Click on the gear to go to the Settings
  3. Go to Printers
  4. You now have the choice between the following options:
    1. Select Add Print Profile > Get Started and select the printer you added to the network. Follow the remaining steps
    2. Select an existing profile and tap Change associated printer . It will now search for printers. Select the printer you added to the network. Follow the remaining steps
